8. OUR POLICY TOWARD MINORS
Minors are not allowed to submit an entry into any of our charitable contests or to collect prizes for winning any of our charitable contests; however, entrants may allow a minor over the age of 13 to serve as ‘co-manager’ of their fantasy team if the entrant is a parent or guardian of said minor. If we learn that we have collected personal information without parental permission from anyone under the age of age of majority (this is at least 18 in most states and 19 years of age in Nebraska and Alabama), we will delete that information as quickly as possible. If you believe that we might impermissibly have collected any information from someone under the age of majority or collected information at all from a child under the age of 13, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. In those instances where FantasySports4Life™ has actual knowledge that it has collected information from a minor, it will comply with all applicable laws including the U.S. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act, which applies to the collection of information from children under the age of 13.
